We compiled a list of hotels, from city properties to seaside getaways, that are offering special promotions over this weekend until February 14. Price tags range from an irresistable $300 to $1,200, for those willing to pay a premium for suite-level rooms.

So whether the staycation is a reason to celebrate the special occassion, a desperate need to spend quality time with one another or a mere excuse to leave the kids with the grandparents, you are likely to get good value for the money you spend as hotels have customised packages with perks in the name of romance and they are likely to treat you well as a positive experience of your stay matters to them.

1. Hotel Fort Canning

Set atop Fort Canning Hill is a recently refurbished heritage boutique hotel, offering sweet respite away from the city amidst lush green surroundings.

Hotel Fort Canning is offering a 'Sweet Valentine' room package from S$380++ per room a night for the month of February.

It will include breakfast for two at The Glass House and complimentary champagne, wine and juices plus canapés at the Lobby Lounge from 6-8pm.

2. Oasia Hotel Singapore

The newly opened hotel located in the prime district of Novena is offering a night's stay at the Deluxe Room at S$388++, as well as an oasis of tranquility for those who check into the hotel.

Guests can ease into the comforts of their room with a choice of in-room scent from Thann, a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Wine and Godiva chocolates, and complimentary Internet access.

The package also comes with a choice of American Buffet Breakfast for two at the hotel's restaurant, Zaffron, or guests can opt for room service.

A four-course dinner for two at Zaffron is also part of the package, including complimentary drinks for two.

3. Quincy Hotel

Imagine the hassle of having to head out to get lunch when all you want to do is laze at the swimming pool all-day long.

Quincy takes care of that with its signature all-inclusive service.
