BETEL NUT beauties - a unique aspect of Taiwanese culture or a disgrace to the country's conservative values?

Clad in sensual, revealing outfits, they spend long hours in the night on deserted highways selling everything from drinks to cigarettes, and the carcinogenic snack they are most associated with, betel nuts.

They have drawn fire from authorities and media alike who want the industry 'cleaned up' and in some cases, removed totally from the country's streets.

RazorTV interviews four betel nut ladies from Tainan, Southern Taiwan and takes a closer look at their trade, why they do it, and the job hazards they face.
