Susur Lee in Resorts World’s Hotel Michael in early 2010.
Kunio Tokuoka: Chef /Owner of Kyoto Kitcho Arashiyama and Hana Kitcho Kyoto,
Japan. Chef Tokuoka will open Kunio in the first half of 2010 in Resorts World
Sentosa’s all-suite Hotel, Crockfords Tower.
Scott Webster: Chef/Co-Owner of Carrington Place New South Wales, Australia.
