SINGAPORE - Legoland Malaysia will soon be more accessible to Singaporeans, with a new direct coach service and shuttle services to be launched.

The amusement park is located 15 minutes from the Tuas Second Link and 30 minutes from the Woodlands crossing.

Dedicated coaches will leave from the Singapore Flyer every 30 minutes during peak times, and arrive at the Johor Bahru attraction in less than an hour.

The service will be operated by WTS Travel and each ticket is priced at $20 per person.

The first coach will leave at 8.30am each morning, with five services in each direction on weekdays. Service frequency will be increased to eight trips on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

A shuttle service will also operate from Jurong East and Boon Lay to the Tuas Second Link. After the immigration checkpoint, a direct shuttle will ferry visitors to Legoland and the Johor Premium Outlets (JPO).

Causeway Link will be operating the additional shuttle service connecting Singapore and the attraction. A total of six trips from the Tuas Second Link to Legoland will be made daily.

From the Woodlands checkpoint, visitors can expect up to 15 trips made on weekends, and buses will travel the following routes: from JB Sentral to Larkin Sentral to Legoland and to Gelang Patah.

Both operators will commence services on Legoland's grand opening date, Sep 15, 2012.

“Our aim is to make the journey to the Park as easy as possible especially for families with children. With the door-to-door service, visitors can get to the Park comfortably and be assured that their journey to the Park will be less tiring,” said Siegfried Boerst, General Manager of Legoland Malaysia.

For those driving there, the attraction has over 3,500 parking bays on site, which provide visitors with access to both the park and Mall of Medini.
