Of course RyanAir lah.... the other budget carrier who got established bad name in EU. Tiger is just following suit....
Well the same with Jetstar Airways.... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY ANGRY WITH JETSTAR AIRWAYS BECAUSE OF MANY BAD INCIDENTS....THE LAST FLIGHT FROM BANGKOK TO S'PORE IS ALWAYS DELAYED.... REFER TO MY LAST TRIP - MY FLIGHT FROM BANGKOK TO SINGAPORE WAS DELAY FOR 5 HRS AND YET THE JETSTAR AIRWAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER SMS TO ME AT ALL ABOUT THE DELAY. AGAIN THIS ALSO HAPPEN TO MY RELATIVE WITH 2 KIDS AND A 10 MONTH OLD BABY......WITHOUT ANY INFORMATIONS FROM JETSTAR AIRWAYS ABOUT THE DELAY SHE ALSO WENT TO THE AIRPORT AND WAS TOLD THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FOR 6 HRS.......THE POOR BABY WAS CRYING AND UPSET I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF JETSTAR AIRWAYS DID NOT INFORM THE PASSENGERS ABOUT THE DELAY OF FLIGHTS.
As it is a budget airline..maybe they send their staff for cheap in-house self study "budget" training course too. Their staff obviously lack total motivation and not driven to serve their customers...they may now even outrank a typical civil servant in terms of customer "pissability".
The staff is lack of service training. The management does not have policy for crisis management and has an attitude of "take it or leave it".
