New flights on Fridays and Sundays will complement its current five-time-a-week flight that transits via Sydney.
PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA - Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will launch two new weekly non-stop flights from Kuala Lumpur to Brisbane from March 28, 2010.
The new flights on Fridays and Sundays will complement its current five-time-a-week flight that transits via Sydney, said MAS regional manager for Australia, New Zealand and South West Pacific Abd Manaf Harun.
“The two flights will depart Kuala Lumpur at 9am, arriving in Brisbane at 6.55pm on the same day.
“Flights will leave Brisbane at 11.20pm and arrive in KL the next morning at 5.45am,” he said in a statement yesterday.
Malaysia Airlines connects to five destinations in Australia namely Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth for a total of 46 weekly flights per week.
