SINGAPORE - Budget carrier Tiger Airways will fly to its fifth destination in India starting April 27, with a four-times-a-week service to Kochi.

Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala in southwest India, is a bustling financial city as well as the gateway for tourists heading to Kerala's scenic backwaters.

As part of a launch promotion, one-way tickets from Singapore to Kochi will be priced from $110 all-inclusive, for travel between April 27 and Oct 29 this year.

The Singapore-Kochi flight runs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while the return leg operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Flights will be available for booking from Feb 9.

Tiger Airways currently flies to four other destinations in India: Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tiruchirappalli.

As part of a launch promotion, one-way tickets from Singapore to Kochi will be priced from $110 all-inclusive, for travel between April 27 and Oct 29 this year.

The Singapore-Kochi flight runs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while the return leg operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Flights will be available for booking from Feb 9.
