Everyone usually goes to the north of taiwan where Taipei city lies. However, I would like to recommend Southern Taiwan which includes Kaoshiung, Chiayi, Tainan and Pintung. In addition, I want to highly recommend Ren Sheng Holiday Resort is located in the middle of the Alishan Scenic Area. The resort has wooden cabins which house groups of between 2-18 travellers. I really enjoyed my stay there. I loved the scenic open-air observatory, where you can enjoy a cup of unique forest coffee during the day, or gaze at the stars at night. It is also just a short drive away from Rueili and Taiping Scenic Areas.

Is it advisable to travel to Orlando, USA in Nov/Dec? Is it too cold to travel there? - Tong Yuet Wai
A good time to vacation in Orlando is September or October. It's still very warm in these months. Another nice option is early December (about the first two weeks of the month). The theme parks are all decked out in their holiday decorations and holiday events but the crowds don't show up until the end of the month. Remember that hurricane season in Orlando runs from the start of June until November with the worst months being from late August until October. During this time it can be really humid and the time of the daily thunderstorm not as predictable as June's downpour. Staying during this time may mean losing a day due to severe weather or cancelled flights.

Hi, I wish to travel to Australia. Where are the places that I should not miss out? Can I also have an rough estimate of the expenses, accommodation and flight tickets? By the way, when should I book to get the best deal? - Carol
-- Places not to miss out: 1. Kakadu National Park Find legroom, extraordinary wildlife and ancient culture in Australia's largest national park. 2. Sydney Fall in lust with the stunning harbour, sexy beaches, stylish bars and bite-you-on-the-bum culture. 3. Uluru (Ayers Rock) Pay homage to Australia's most sacred rock. -- Rough estimate of total cost depends on how many days you will spend at Australia. Put aside $2k for flight tickets, accomodation will depends on where you will be staying at (hotel, beach resort, etc). -- When to book flight tickets for best deal: Best flight deals will be before the holiday or festive season period.
