"Does Jetstar provide wheelchair assistance to elderly passengers? I intend to bring my mum who is able to walk only short distance to KL but am not sure whether she can fly Jetstar," Ms Aileen Lee

Is it safe to travel alone in London ? And how long does it take to go through customs and get luggage at Heathrow Airport after touch down ? Do we have to wait long because I've negative comments about Heathrow.. appreciate your advise on this , thanks :))
London is a fairly safe city. However, please be advised not to stay out too late into the night, especially in well known dodgy streets and areas. Also avoid being too "showy and flashy" and become "potential targets" like carrying big branded handbags or leaving iphones around. A lot of it is really common sense. In a recent survey, London Heathrow airport has been voted the worst airport in the world for second year running while Changi airport remains the best in the world. Hence, it is definitely going to take much much longer than what you normally expected. My advice would be to take a plane that arrives during the off peak hours like 5 a.m. local time whereby the queue would normally be shorter. Good luck!
